Bonjour! Today we did a major analysis of The Beatles’s Twitter activity. Let’s jump right into it. First, the simple stuff: as of 2020-03-26, The Beatles (@thebeatles) has 3744876 Twitter followers, is following 346689 people, has tweeted 4377 times, has liked 27 tweets, has uploaded 1090 photos and videos and has been on Twitter since March 2009.
Going from the top of the page to the bottom, their latest tweet, at the time of writing, has 10 replies, 123 retweets and 911 likes, their second latest tweet has 22 replies, 474 reweets and 2,049 likes, their third latest tweet has 272 replies, 885 retweets and 11,091 likes, their fourth latest tweet has 27 replies, 334 retweets and 2,832 likes and their fifth latest tweet has 16 replies, 458 retweets and 2,623 likes. (We could keep going, but we think you get the idea… 😛)
Going through The Beatles’s last couple-dozen tweets (including retweets), the one we consider the most popular, having caused a huge 1543 direct replies at the time of writing, is this:
That looks to have caused quite a lot of different comments, having also had 254 retweets and 2173 likes.
What about The Beatles’s least popular tweet in the recent past (again, including retweets)? We reckon it’s this one:
That only had 10 direct replies, 123 retweets and 911 likes.
We did a ton of digging into The Beatles’s Twitter activity, looking through what people were saying in response to them, their likes/retweet numbers compared to before, the amount of positive/negative responses and so on. We won’t bore you with the details, so our verdict is this: we believe the online sentiment for The Beatles on Twitter right now is good, and most people like them.
That’s all for now. Thanks for coming, and write a comment if you disagree or agree with me. Don’t be afraid to speak your mind.
