Pancakes are one of the favorite desserts in our diet that nobody can resist. While you read that excessive intake of pancakes in our body can make problems in the digestive system and bloodstream, below we will present some dietary pancakes used by those who are physically active.
These pancakes unlike those who you make daily are different in their composition and are rich in proteins that are the most important part in the formation of muscle mass.
Ingredients for 10 pancakes:
10 tablespoons whole wheat
1 whole egg (because of amino acids)
5 egg whites
1 vanilla sugar
250 ml. low fat milk or carbonated mineral water
1 tablespoon cocoa or 1 dose of chocolate protein
All ingredients are put in a deep bowl and mixed with a mixer for 2-3 minutes, and if necessary add milk. But the pancakes have to be filled with something inside, that is why we will propose the next recipe for the filling:
2 medium sized apples
3 small spoons of honey
Apples are grated or chopped in small cubes and placed in a container where you add the honey and you mix, and finally add the cinnamon on your own weight. Use Teflon pan in order not to use oil. We hope you like the recipe and that you include it in your diet.
